What the heck...

I tought my week was good but my weight for today as remain the same since the beginning of the week. It  really sucks, considering the fact that I've stayed under 1000 calories all week long and that I trained and haven't ate fast food...

Apple (90 calories) + 1 bowl of cheerios (220) + 1 yaourt (100 calories) )- 30 minutes elliptical bike (300 calories) = 110 calories
