apple (90 calories) + 1 kashi granola bar (130 calories) + 1 oatmeal muffin (200 calories) + 1 sandwich (200 calories) + 100g chicken (80 calories)+ veggies (30 calories) + sauce (75 calories) - Wii fit plus (26 calories) = (805-26)= 779 calories
and no sport....
