First day = Success

Even if i probably failed my math exam and that I did an horrible oral presentation, my day was still successful. I totally did well and I respected my 200 calories intake.

Apple (90 calories)+ Granola bar (140 calories) + Banana (90 calories) + 80g of veal with tomatoes (210 calories) + Vegetables (30 calories) + Couscous (90 calories) - 45 minutes of elliptical bike (450 calories) - 100 sit up (8 calories) - other exercises (20 calories) = (650 calories - 478 calories)= 172 calories


I found a new trick to avoid eating that consist in drinking mineral water! Plus, it contains many vitamins and minerals that I need.
