I couldn't resist to the appel of my scale this morning, and surprise, even after my night binge I had lost 400g. I slept 1h30 last night so my mother let me stayed at home a little bit, and I missed my two first class. Well today, is a bad day... Because I haven't slept, I didn't had the strength to go to the gym... I feel so heavy...and I ate a lot...more then 600 calories :(
3 little oranges (75 calories) + 1 bowl of cheerios (200 calories) + Shrimp with tomatoes (166 calories) + 100g of brown rice (111 calories) + 1 square of chocolate (60 calories) + hot chocolate (110 calories) + pineapple (40 calories) = 752 calories
DAMN! I'm so over my allowed daily intake...
