This morning I was 133,8 ! Things are going very well! Today I've exercise for about 1hour on the elliptical bike! I was freaking happy after.
Apple (90 calories) + 1 banana (100 calories) + 1 yaourt smoothie (150 calories) + 1 granola bar (140 calories) - 60 min of elliptical bike (600 calories) = (480-600)= -120 calories
Today I had the right to eat to up to 400 calories...I didn't because I couldn't...but to have exercise makes me very hungry so if i'm really starving, I know I can allow myself something else!
