2-4-6-8-6-4-2

I don't think that I'll be able to do the cabbage soup diet next week, because forgot the buy the ingredient so I can't start tomorrow... instead, I'm gonna do the 2-4-6-8-6-4-2 and I hope I'll feel better after that.


Week plan:
Monday: 200 calories
Tuesday: 400 calories
Wednesday: 600 calories
Thursday: 800 calories
Friday: 600 calories
Saturday: 400 calories
Sunday: 200 calories
